All orders are to be placed by phone, e-mail or purchase order stating exact
product codes and quantities required. Delivery and billing addresses along
with contact details for delivery and invoicing are essential for your order
to be swiftly processed. Silk and haemolymph are dispatched within 10 working
days from ordering, and individual venom samples within 15 working days. We
will endeavour to be as quick as possible. If you require an urgent order, this
can usually be accommodated (25% surcharge). Venom orders dispatched in
recycled polystyrene shipping boxes (on dry ice) by TNT tracked delivery UK
and International. Delivery times may vary depending on customer location.
Venomtech® retain the right to refuse orders if they suspect they are
not for scientific research at a respected institution. Customer data will be
held in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act. All payments to be made
by cheque or bank transfer within 30 days of invoice.
